Summer Attractions Attendants provide coaching to our Treetop Adventure, Climbing Wall and Zip Tour guests.  Guides and Attendants must be able to communicate professionally, must be comfortable providing hands-on assistance, and must be able to inspect each attraction on a routine basis.  Guides and Attendants greet and orient guests, provide and fit guests with gear and facilitate tour groups.  Guides work efficiently to move guests through courses while encouraging guests and providing assistance as necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must love working with families and children
  • Must be able to work at heights of 40’ or more
  • Ability to learn and to demonstrate technical rope work, and to use and demonstrate the use of climbing equipment such as carabineers, pulleys, lanyards, etc.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
  • Good communication skills, both with coworkers and guests
  • Ability to work outside for periods of more than one hour in various weather conditions.  Temperatures may be extreme, including in excess of 90 degrees F, or may be below freezing!
