This position is responsible for monitoring ServiceNow usage, performing administrative tasks, ensuring data integrity, and working with third parties to identify additional opportunities to productively add and support new modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

  • Work as part of the team to identify, implement, and support additional opportunities to productively add and support new modules within the ServiceNow platform
  • Monitor ServiceNow usage and perform ongoing administrative tasks.
  • Create and monitor processes to ensure data integrity
  • Control system access and data security
  • Create template reports for learning, capacity planning, customer support and other users upon request
  • Develop reports and dashboards for end users and executives
  • Interface with IT, business users and senior business leaders
  • Perform day-to-day ServiceNow administrative tasks and address production support issues (e.g. unlocking/resetting passwords, modifying data, creating ad hoc reports)
  • Create training materials and providing training to users
  • Translate user requests into workable requirements, document specifications and test cases
  • Implement system upgrades and business enhancement requests
  • Set up Workflow and Workflow Approval processing
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or management
  • Manage data with tables, the configuration management database (CMDB), import sets and update sets

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree acceptable
  • ServiceNow Administration certification required
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills; given high level requirements/direction - able to identify impacts, risks and solution options
  • Positive 'can do' attitude; proactive thinker; self-motivated; independent worker
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to adapt communication style and message based on audiences and subject matter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Certification
  • ServiceNow Administration Certification

Work Hours:
Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility to meet business demands as needed.
