The National Accounts Manager (NAM), is responsible for managing and developing multiple Named National Accounts by supporting the efforts of Creative Circle Account Executives assigned to those accounts in all relevant Creative Circle markets. Position reports to the VP, National Accounts. We are open to candidates that live in major cities across the nation.

  • Guide AEs with their prospecting and towards creating strong client relationships leading to repeat business and long term growth
  • Exchange intel, collaborate, solve problems and share successes with AEs by use of regular conference calls, emails, in person visits and more
  • Use influence and coaching to help AEs increase certain activities within their national accounts
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual gross margin and hours goals by account
  • Assist AEs with creating hours and gross margin goals for their own market and follow up on a consistent basis with those AEs to track progress
  • Act as point-of-contact on a variety of high level client communication (Sr. Marketing or Creative hiring managers, MSP contacts, Procurement, etc.)
  • Stay current on all industry happenings and related news surrounding your assigned accounts
  • Be a true Creative Circle ambassador – an operational best practices Champion on account service and recruiting-based activities
  • Learn and teach important contract terms as well as VMS ins and outs and the logistics of Services/SOW work, taking the lead when necessary
  • Develop a supplemental pro bono client list on which you consult with AEs, Branch Managers and Regionals on a variety of account related topics, including, but not limited to, new business pitches, contract negotiations, future National Accounts inclusion, etc.
Travel expected, when necessary, to tell the National Accounts narrative and attending critical client meetings.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the staffing/recruitment industry
  • Knowledge of creative, advertising or marketing industry
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working independently on multiple assignments with minimal supervision
  • Interaction with all levels of employees and clients
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • National Accounts experience is highly desired
  • Up to 30% travel required within North America (US and Canada)
Additional Requirements:

The right candidate will be a proven individual contributor, ideally as an Account Executive or Recruiter at a staffing agency. A high energy, high attention to detail, consultative ambassador who has demonstrated an ability to turn core best practices into exemplary personal production. When asked, your teammates and Manager call you some combination of dedicated, thoughtful, team-first, proactive, never out-hustled, bend over backwards helpful, and the first place they turn for advice even though they know you might not always have the answer.
