Job Title:               Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications


Job Location:       801 W Adams St., Suite 600, Chicago, IL 60607




Performs functions of corporate secretary and is responsible for record keeping, translating meetings, and serving as liaison between executives and CEO communicating operational requests, concerns, and strategies to ensure CEO’s vision and decisions are implemented.  Translate and interpret (written and verbal) board meetings, operational discussions between U.S. and China, and legal and investor relations meetings.  Collaborate with Investor Relations Lead.  Administer company’s events (US, China & Europe) including logistics, planning, and execution.  Prepare CEO’s public speeches and talking points.  Plan and execute corporate content strategy in collaboration with operations.  Plan and oversee content production efforts including sourced services.  Manage aspects of technological and marketing partnerships.


Basic Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or Public Relations. Applicant must also have three years of professional experience in a Journalism, Marketing, or Public Relations role and the following skills:


  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Expert interpretation skills
  • Experience with InDesign, Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to regularly work outside of traditional office hours


Up to 30% travel (some international).
