Job Description

Audrey Signs is looking for a Business Operations Manager to help grow our business. We are looking for someone with exceptional organization, collaboration and communication skills. In this role, you will roll-up your sleeves, work directly with leadership, project managers, accountants and across functional teams and manage the day to day operations in these areas. You will also be brainstorming with leadership to develop long term and around-the-corner structures and solutions. This role requires you are passionate about the impact you deliver are detail-oriented, analytical, and have superior problem-solving abilities. You drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, and you communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. You will establish and deliver a metrics reporting system with KPIs that reflect the impact of your work. You are encoded to map out and drive toward results; Pivoting gracefully between leading, supporting tasks and deadlines. You are specific, a natural listener that values and can deliver honest, respectful, direct communication with a solutions-focused mindset. Demonstrated results within our industry or similar field is a requirement. Must have basic familiarity with small business accounting, insurance, tech, and communication tools. We are a fast-growing company looking for a capable, confident, strong, clear-headed, fearless player to join our management team.


What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the owners to establish then drive a bespoke small business HR program
  • Drive and deliver the COI ( Certificate of insurance) process between Project Managers and clients
  • Develop and drive management systems, tools, and practices
  • Assess and generate financial and structural solutions to grow the business
  • Liaise with our accountant and local, state and federal tax authorities
  • Manage the day to day operations of Project Managers and business development
  • Support Project Managers to finalize invoicing

About you:

  • 3 years of experience in Signage, Architecture, or Construction
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated results in establishing bespoke solutions for small business needs
  • Working knowledge of day to day accounting procedures and tools like Quickbooks
  • Working knowledge with insurance coverage
  • Working knowledge of construction contract requirements
  • Exceptional at pivoting
  • Solutions focused mindset
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice, Quickbooks, and Pipedrive
