Genesis10 is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Onsite position with a Major Insurance Company located in Chicago, IL. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity. Pay range: $66 - $76 per hour, W2 The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will support a variety of organization-wide information IAM security efforts. This role will engineer and deliver technical security solutions and be the subject matter expert on a variety of IAM projects, tools, and processes. The successful candidate will support the design, engineering, testing and implementation of IAM services and solutions following information security best practices and industry frameworks. Responsibilities: Act as Subject Matter Expert by defining and supporting the design, engineering, production integrations/releases/upgrades, and maintenance of IAM services and solutions Support technical, product, and process owners in keeping the IAM platforms in compliance and current Ensure that current solutions protect information resources against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, damage and/or loss Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identified complex problems, issues and/or defects of IAM system weaknesses Assist in configuring and architecting the convergence of multiple domains for IAM platforms Work with Global Enterprise Security, IT, risk and compliance groups to interpret policies and regulatory requirements Ensure a working balance in which the IAM security and process controls benefit and support the business with an effective operating model Support and/or facilitate the adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards Coordinate with internal and external resources and stakeholders, including security personnel, IT personnel, vendors, and managed service partners Provide regular reporting on the status of IAM events, efforts, and projects Requirements: Proven experience as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer or in a similar security role Experience with designing, engineering, and implementing IAM services and solutions Hands-on experience with SailPoint Hands-on experience with Okta Desired skills: Experience with Python scripting Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
