What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with employee benefits enrollment and administrative processes.
- Help organize and promote employee wellness programs, events, and challenges.
- Assist with preparing informational materials, presentations, and employee communications.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to routine employee inquiries and directing questions to the appropriate staff.
- Help maintain confidential HR records and electronic files.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and special projects.
- Support benefits and wellness staff with day to day administrative tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
