Clinical Helpers are non credentialed team mate trained to provide basic hands on care for hospitalized patients. Clinical helpers assist the nursing assistant with hands on care.

Responsibilities:
- Bathe
- Feed
- Assist with Toileting
- Apply and remove restraints (soft wrist and mittens)
- Complete CHG baths
- Perform Foley maintenance care
- Turn/Reposition
- Assist with Activity Progression

Education Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
License / Certification Requirements:
- Current BCLS certification.
Professional Experience Requirements:
- Experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is preferred.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
