Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Insurance Brokerage, which offers fixed annuities and life insurance solutions. This role will start on July 20th, 2026.
What You'll Do
  • Meet monthly recruiting expectations through proactive outbound outreach
  • Meet monthly activity goals, including high-volume phone outreach and performance metrics
  • Attend all required training events
  • Register Financial Services Professionals for training events
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

What you Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED - Required
  • Previous customer service experience - Preferred
  • Previous financial services industry experience - Preferred
  • Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services - Preferred
  • Grit and a coachable attitude
  • Proficient organizational skills
