Account Executive - Private Client Group
Who We AreP&C Private Client Group (PCG) is a division of NFP Property & Casualty. We are a retail operation for affluent and wealthy individuals and families seeking personal lines products in the United States, parts of Europe, and Canada. Our headquarters are in New York City with 14 offices across the country - specializing in insurance ranging from homeowners and auto to specialty lines, such as aircraft and watercraft.The Role at NFP As the Account Executive at NFP, you will manage the day to day responsibilities of existing client programs. Payroll Manager
Summary: The Payroll Manager will lead all payroll functions for NFP Canada. The role is part of the human resources department, but will work coordinate with the finance department, managers and employees to manage all payroll functions. Receptionist
Summary: The primary purpose/responsibility of the Receptionist is to make sure that each visitor feels welcomed and comfortable. The Receptionist is the first person that a visitor encounters, so the receptionist needs to be courteous, professional, and helpful. Receptionist answers telephones, route calls, greet visitors, respond to inquiries from the public and provide information about the organization. In addition, the Receptionist contributes to the security of an organization by helping to monitor the access of visitors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet all NFP visitors.Answer all incoming calls to NFP. Always speak clearly with professionalism and courtesy. Be respectful and business like.Professional appearanceAccept all incoming food, overnight mail, supply orders and flower deliveries.Keep all phone lists and cheat sheets up to date.Activate/deactivate access cards/fobs for all employees. Send emails to those that do not return them in the appropriate timeframe. Maintain access card log; check out temporary cards/fobs to staff, vendors, etc….Call courier service when requested.Screen calls to limit solicitors from accessing staff persons.
