Have you got ten minutes to exercise? If you are sitting at your computer right now you need to find 10 minutes to get up and move around. As little as 10 minutes a day adds up to 70 minutes a week. Not bad. With only 10 minutes a day of any kind exercise burns 70 calories and adds up to 700 calories. Just taking notice of the time you exercise and recording it is inspiration to find time for 10 more. Our work has become very sedentary. Sitting at the computer or at a desk slows everything in our body down. If you take 10 minutes to do some simple exercise instead of heading to the coffe bar, then by the time you return to you computer your vasucular system is finally moving.
